AMRITSAR: A helpline number 0183-2500598 has been set up by the district administration at the Red Cross to collect information of students and other persons belonging to the stranded district in Ukraine, so that the information of such persons can be forwarded to the concerned authorities through the state government.
Disclosing this here today Deputy Commissioner Mr. Gurpreet Singh Khaira said that the information of persons stranded in Ukraine belonging to the district was being collected so that this information could be provided to the Ministry of External Affairs through the state government in time. .
Mr. Khaira appealed to the family members of the persons belonging to the district who are stranded in Ukraine to provide immediate information and in this information the name of the person who went to Ukraine, father's name, passport number, name of the university / college, in Ukraine. As much information as possible, including their address, should be shared.
