CHANDIGARH: Local DAV College, Sector 10 claimed four out of seven gold medals at stake on the opening day of the 74th Annual Athletic Meet of Panjab University, here today.
Ankit Deswa (1000 m–30:40.10), Jeetu Gurjar(1500m, 3:52.8), Govind (100m, 10.6) and Hardeep Kumar , Gurdeep Kaur, Reena, Harpreet Singh (4x100m mix relay) were the gold medallists for DAV College.
As many as 75 colleges are participating in the meet.
