FEROZEPUR: A special meeting was organized by the Health Department Ferozepur with the Block Extension Educator at the office of Civil Surgeon Ferozepur regarding the organization of Block Level Health Fair.
In this meeting Civil Surgeon Dr. Rajinder Arora said that as per the instructions of the government, block level health fairs would be organized from April 18 to 21.
He said that on 18th April CSC Makhu, on 19th April CHC Ferozeshah, on 20th April CHC Makhu. Mamdot and CHC on April 21. Guruharsahai block level health fairs would be organized and in these fairs patients would be examined free of cost by expert doctors.
These block level fairs will be attended by block level pediatricians, dermatologists, gynecologists, ophthalmologists.
Apart from this free tests of patients and free medicines will also be provided at the fairs.
He also asked all the departments of the district and social service organizations and various departments to provide information about the schemes and services to be provided in this health fair.
