AMRITSAR: Bhai Gurcharan Singh Grewal, General Secretary of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee met with the employees who were doing guard duty at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib and encouraged them to perform their service diligently.
In the meantime, Bhai Grewal asked to be alert while performing service in Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib.
He said that due to the increasing influx of Sangat at present, the responsibility of the employees who perform guard duty increases even more and at the same time it is very necessary to explain to the Sangat who do not know about the learned principles and manners in the age of social media.
He said that in view of the changes of time, the spirit of Sangat and administrative efficiency should be maintained, so that the Sangat carries a good message.
SGPC General Secretary also appreciated the employees and security personnel deputed inside ParIkarma (circumambulation) for standing and performing their service with vigilance.
Bhai Grewal also praised the servicemen and security personnel stationed inside Parkarma for standing and performing their service with vigilance.
On this occasion, the manager of Sri Darbar Sahib. Satnam Singh Mangasarai, Additional Manager. Nishan Singh, in charge Gurvel Singh, a group of invigilators and attendants serving in the ceremonies were present.
