AISSF celebrated its 77th Foundation Day today at Akal Takhat Sahib

AMRITSAR: The All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF)  celebrated its 77th Foundation Day with great enthusiasm in the at Akal Takhat Sahib here on Monday.

Ardas Samagam was conducted under the supervision of former President of All India Sikh Students Mr. Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad, under the patronage of Dr. Manjit Singh Bhoma, President of the Federation Bhai Jagroop Singh Cheema, Federation Sangha President Kashmir Singh Sangha. In which prayers were offered for the upliftment of the peasant struggle and tributes were paid to the indigent who drank the cup of martyrdom during the peasant struggle and a stern warning was given to the Central Government, If he does not take a sympathetic path with the farmers then the Modi government will have to give up its seat in the future.


Mr Peer Mohammad and Mr  Bhoma made it clear that the AISSF would stand firm with the farmers till the victory of the peasant struggle.
Federation leaders demanded the government to repeal the three black agricultural laws without further delay so that the country's indigent can get relief and they could go to their hometown.


Praising the order issued by the farmers to the political parties yesterday, the Samyukt Kisan Morcha was advised that these orders should be issued in all the five states where elections are taking place.Federation President Bhai Jagroop Singh Cheema said that winning the peasant struggle would prove to be effective in curbing the dictatorial thinking of Narendra Modi.


Patrons Mr. Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad and Dr. Manjit Singh Bhoma while addressing the media said that During the re-establishment of Federation units in schools, colleges and universities of Punjab, The Federation has been following in the footsteps of  Sarup Singh , Amar Singh Ambalvi , Bhai Amrik Singh,   Harminder Singh Sandhu.


He also honored the family members of the martyrs who were present at the prayers. In this regard, martyrs Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale, Bhai Amrik Singh, General Shubeg Singh and other martyrs were presented flowers at the memorial.
The speakers also announced that Gurmat Training Camps and Seminars would be launched soon which would start from Anandpur Sahib on September 30. They appealed to the Punjabis and the Sikh youth to take special care of the mother tongue and work diligently for the promotion of the mother tongue.

 Prominent among those  who attended  the ardas  samagam including Bhai Darshan Singh Gholia, President, Hondh Chillar Sikh Justice Committee and Bhai Tejaswar Pratap Singh Gobind.
The prayer was offered by Bhai Gobind Singh, Vice Chairman, Shiromani Sant Khalsa International Foundation, Gurdwara Gursagar Sahib, Chandigarh.
