AMRITSAR: On completion of 100 years after the establishment of Government Medical College, Amritsar, this college is celebrating 100 years in 2023, during which various academic, sports Educational and cultural programs are being organized. . Under these programmes, the final 3entennial 3elebration program will be organized on 17, 18, 19 November 2023.
This sports event was inaugurated by Dr. Rajeev Devgan, Director Principal, Government Medical College, Amritsar iindoor Sports complex) located in the campus of Government Medical College, Amritsar.
Dr JP Attri, Vice Principal, Dr Karamjit Singh, Medical Superintendent, Dr Rachna Bachhal, Deputy Medical Superintendent, Dr JS Kular, Dr Sanjeev Sharma, Dr Rakesh Sharma Professor of Surgery in charge of sports in this inauguration ceremony. Events, Dr. Manmeet Kaur, Dr Jaspreet Singh, Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, Dr. Revapal Singh, Dr. Harpreet KaurFaculty, staff and students were involved.During this sports evets, swimming sports like freestyle swimming, relay swimming and water polo games were played for the students of the college and prizes were also distributed to the winners. After this table tennis games were also started in 39S3O 3omplex. Apart from this, other indoor sports will be played during the sports event.
