AMRITSAR: The Department of Lifelong Learning, Guru Nanak Dev University, successfully concluded the FABBAT 2025 Exhibition, at the university campus. The three-day event showcased the creative and academic talents of students through a variety of exhibitions and competitions.
FABBAT, 2025 was inaugurated by Prof. Dr Karamjeet Singh, Vice Chancellor of Guru Nanak Dev University. The event featured exhibitions highlighting innovation, skill development and reflecting the department’s commitment to holistic education and lifelong learning.
The exhibition concluded with a Prize Distribution ceremony where winners and participants of various competitions likePoster making, Rangoli, Nail Art, Mehandi, Cooking, Pamphlet and Banner making using technical skill demonstrations, were felicitated with Trophies and Certificates by the honorable chief guest Prof. (Dr.) Palwinder Singh, Dean Academic Affairs. He appreciated the efforts of the department and encouraged the artistic minds of the students to continue participating in such constructive and skill-enhancing activities. He also suggested students to start their own startup programs and bring employment opportunities for others too.
Dr. Satwinderjeet Kaur, Director of the Department, expressed gratitude to the university administration, faculty, participating students, and supporting staff for their collective efforts in making the exhibition “FABBAT 2025” a grand success.The event reaffirmed the department's role in promoting practical learning experiences and enhancing the employability skills of students through such meaningful engagements.
