CHANDIGARH: Punjabi Film and TV Actors Association (PFTAA) has organized a condolence meeting in honor of the Late actor Dr. Jaswinder Bhalla, in which ace actor-comedian Gurpreet Ghuggi said that Bhalla Sahib was not only the king of comedy, but the king of life and heart, and he will always be alive in our hearts. On this occasion, the producer-director of Punjabi cinema and actor Gippy Grewal said that there is no substitute for the artistry of Jaswinder Bhalla, such an artist has been seen in the industry after a long time.
We found him like a father and he was also like our mentor. Renowned producer-director Sameep Kang remembered Bhalla ji and said that Carry on Jatta is the biggest film of my life. Jaswinder Bhalla ji's art has immortalized that character, I have learned a lot from him. And he has been a huge contributor to my career. Closest and oldest friend Bal Mukand Sharma said that after the death of Jaswinder Bhalla ji, I feel that when I go to university, people say that Bhalla was ours.
When I am among artists, it seems that they were film people, when I talk to foreign friends, it seems that they were friends of friends, not friendship with them, but brotherhood. On this occasion, Karamjit Anmol said that Bhalla Sahib was a very good person with artists. Senior actor Shivinder Mahal got emotional and said that Bhalla ji will be remembered forever.
