PHAGWARA:On a complaint lodged by Rajni Bala resident of Gobindpura locality in Phagwara.The city police have registered a case under section 447/506/SC/ST Act against a woman Manju Rani resident of Varinder Nagar Phagwara on the charges of caste based abusing the complaint .
