NAKODAR:The Nakodar sadar police have arrested a villager on the charge of raping a minor girl.
The investigating officer (IO) and in-charge Nakodar Women's cell Inspector Bhupinder Kaur said that the accused has been identified as Harwindar Singhalias Bai a resident of Chak Muglanni village.
IO said that a case under section 376(rape) of the IPC and sections 6 of the POCSO Act has been registered against the accused.
