NAKODAR: The Nakodar city police have arrested a villager on charge of brewing illicit country made liquor.The investigating officer (IO) Balwindar Singh said that the accused has been identified asVijay Kumar a resident of Mujaffar Pur village.
30 kg lahhan(raw liquor) and utensils for brewing were recovered from his possession. A case under section 61/1/14 of the excise act has been registered against the accused.
