CHANDIGARH: In a major breakthrough amidst the ongoing drive to make Punjab a drug free state as per directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, Punjab Police’s Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) has busted a drug trafficking module with the arrest of a drug smuggler and recovered 5.084 kg heroin, 1.681 kg ICE (Methamphetamine) and ₹6, 50, 000 drug money from his possession, said Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav here on Wednesday. The operation was conducted by the ANTF Rupnagar Range.
