NAKODAR: The Nakodar sadar police have arrested a youth on the charge of kidnapping a minor girl.The investigating officer (IO) Janak Raj said that the accused has been identified as Aman Khan a resident of Sandorr village in Sangrur
Jasvir Singh a resident of Khan Pur Dhadda village had complained to the police that the accused had kidnapped her minor daughter by inducing her on February 2 .
The investigating officer said that a case under sections 363 (kidnapping) and 366-(procuration of minor) of the IPC has been registered against the accused and section 376(rape) of the IPC and sections 3, 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been added in the FIR .
