KAITHAL: Sector-21 police have arrested the main accused Jitendra resident of village Budhakheda. The team of SI Mukesh Kumar under the leadership of Special Detective Unit in -charge SI Ramesh Chand took action and controlled the accused. Initial interrogation revealed that Jitendra's family had taken money from Doctor Prateek's family. There were many panchayats about this and complaints were also given.
Due to the enmity, the accused opened fire on the Doctor from his licensed pistol. The police have taken him on three days remand from the court to interrogate and recover the pistol used in the incident. DSP headquarters Birbhan said that the complainant Gulab Singh resident Sector-19 had gone to Gurugram with his wife on 14 September. At the same time, his nephew called him and informed that his son Prateek had been shot. In the complaint, Gulab Singh alleged that Jitendra and his family had threatened to kill him several times and a conspiracy was hatched and victim was shot at resulting in a serious injuries . After the incident, the seriously injured Prateek was admitted to the Fortis Hospital in Mohali, where his condition is currently stated.to be stable
