NAKODAR: The Mehat Pur police have booked five Ludhiana village persons on the charge of stealing house hold goods from houses.The investigating officer (IO) Sanjiv Kumar said that the accused have been identified as Kala, KuldipSingh, Baljit Singh, Pritam Singh and Jugraj Singh residents of Madhepura village under Shidhaman Bet police station Ludhiana
Hardip Singh a resident of Beetalan village complained to the police that the accused stole his mobile from and other good from many houses ofvillage.
The investigating officer said that a case under section 457 (lurking house trespass) and 380(theft in dwelling house) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
