ANANDPUR SAHIB: Anandpur Sahib, Oct 29- AAP leader Nitin Nanda was critically injured in the firing by a retired DSP of Chandigarh Police Dilsher Singh over a property dispute. Nanda has been referred to PGI Chandigarh.
The bullets fired from a licenced revolver pierced through the body of Nanda and one bullet hit the head. Nanda and Dilsher Singh were attending a marriage where they started argument over a property issue. Dilsher Singh pulled out his revolver and shot Nanda, police said.
Gurdeep Singh Gosal SP Anandpur Sahib said that both accused and victim knew each other. He said that DSP and two other accomplices of Dilsher Singh were on the run and they would be arrested soon. He said that both the parties had started argument over a pending property dispute between them.
