CHANDIGARH:Sixth seed Marek Gengel of Czech Republic defeated Indian Arjun Kadhe 4-6 6-4 6-3 in the $ 52, 080 Bahrain Ministry of Interior Tennis Challenger in Manama (Bahrain).
Three Indians have got direct entry in the main draw. Sixth seed Ramkumar Ramanathan will meet qualifier in his opening round.
Fifth seed Prajnesh Gunneswaran has been drawn to meet Wild Card Yanki Erel of Turkey. Indian Alternate Mukund Sasikumar will be challenged by Duje Ajdukovic of Croatia.
Arjun Kadhe and Ramkumar Ramanathan have been seeded fourth in the doubles draw. They will face Wild Cards Omar Ahmed and Saud Alhogbani of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the first round fixture.
Another Indian pair of N. Sriram Balaji and Divij Sharan have been seeded third and are pitted against Altug Celikbilek and Yanki Erel of Turkey.
