MOHALI: Dr Gurfateh Singh, Head of the University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rayat Bahra University, has been awarded with Certificate of Honour by the WAC Book of Records International for Best Educationist Award- 2021.
WAC Book of Records International comes under WAC People Council and certified by the Union government MSME, ISO 9001 2015 certified and International Accreditation Forum. It's main goal is to encourage sustainable development of the people.
The Selection Committee reviewed his academic contribution in the field of medical and pharmaceutical sciences. Dr Singh thanked Rayat Bahra Group for giving an ideal platform for teaching and research. He also thanked the Chancellor, Vice-President (Academics) and Vice-Chancellor for their guidance and support.
Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Vice-President (Academics) Sahila Bahra, Vice-Chancellor Dr Parvinder Singh, Registrar Dr BS Satyal and Dean of Student Welfare Dr Neena Mehta congratulated Dr Singh for the honour conferred on him.
Vice-Chancellor Dr Parvinder Singh underlined the need to work together for the betterment of Rayat Bahra University in the field of research and academics. He said the university felt proud of Dr Gurfateh Singh and his contribution.
