MANDI GOBINDGARH: Faculty of Applied Sciences and Engineering, Desh Bhagat University in collaboration with “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” celebrated Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh foundation day.
On this occasion a special lecture was organised in which Er Kiranjeet Kaur, Assistant Professor, Department of Engineering, welcomed Dr HK Sidhu, Nodal Officer, Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Cell, Desh Bhagat University, as guest speaker.
Dr HK Sidhu congratulated students on the foundation day. She also said that the world is our family and appealed to stay united. Dr Sidhu extended her best wishes to the people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh and said Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh had immense potential and were loaded with talent.
At this event various activities like slogan writing, declamation, poster making, rangoli competition etc. were organized.
Er Kiranjeet Kaur said that more than 150 students participated in the celebrations.
