AMRITSAR: State Bank of India has presented four battery vehicles for the convenience of pilgrims coming to pay obeisance at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib Sri Darbar Sahib.
Pratap Singh, OSD of Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami. Satbir Singh Dhami and the manager of Sri Darbar Sahib. Bhagwant Singh Dhangera was handed over the keys of the vehicles by the Deputy General Manager of State Bank of India Mr. C.Kumar.
On this occasion, Secretary of the Shiromani Committee. Pratap Singh said that daily a large number of devotees come to Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib to pay obeisance. Devotees contribute according to their ability in the services of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib.
He said that for the convenience of the devotees, where devotion to the Guru Ghar is expressed by offering vehicles by various companies, today four Bettery vehicles have been presented by the State Bank of India. These vehicles will be used for the convenience of the elderly, children and the needy.
Pratap Singh appreciated the service rendered by the Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami to the State Bank of India.
On this occasion, Deputy General Manager of State Bank of India Mr. College Kumar said that Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib is such a spiritual center where millions of people from all over the world come to visit. He said that the purpose of providing the vehicle by the bank is to provide better facilities to the children and elderly people, so that they do not face any difficulty while visiting.
