Foreign based gangster Happy Jatt's drug smuggling module busted; hairdresser held with 25.9 kg heroin, pistol

AMRITSARIn a major blow to narco-terror networks amidst the ongoing ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’ campaign launched on the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, Punjab Police’s Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) Border Range in a joint operation with the Border Security Force (BSF) has busted a cross-border drug smuggling module being operated by foreign-based Harpreet Singh alias Happy Jatt with the arrest of its key operative and recovered 25 packets of heroin—weighing 25.9Kg— from his possession, said Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav here on Thursday.
