E-auction of properties from November 1

CHANDIGARH:Continuing the practice of conducting e-auction of properties every month, PUDA and other special development authorities (GMADA, PDA, GLADA, ADA, JDA & BDA) will put up various properties situated across the state on e-auction starting from 9.00 AM on November 1, 2019.

While the e-auction of properties offered by Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority, Bathinda Development Authority, Jalandhar Development Authority and Amritsar Development Authority would conclude on November 11, 2019 and the auction of properties offered by Greater Mohali Area Development Authority and Patiala Development Authority would close on November 14, 2019.

Big chunks being offered in the auction and those falling under jurisdiction of GMADA include two hotel sites located in IT City, Sector 66-B, a petrol pump site of Medicity, New Chandigarh, a group housing site at IT City, Sector 66-B, a nursing home /dispensary site in Sector 89 and a commercial chunk of Sector 68, SAS Nagar.

GMADA has also decided to put on auction IT industrial sites situated in IT City, SAS Nagar near the International Airport & industrial plots located in Rajpura. Purpose of offering the industrial sites/plots is to attract industry to the region, which would provide boost to the economy of the state.

Jalandhar Development Authority has decided to auction a hospital site located at Basti Sheikh, Jalandhar & a hotel site situated at chotti Baradari, Jalandhar. Amritsar Development Authority is auctioning a commercial chunk located in New Urban Estate, Batala.

Besides above properties, commercial sites (booths, SCO, SSS, SCF, shop sites, double storey shops) and residential plots located in different cities viz. Mohali, Patiala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Amritsar, Phillaur, Malout, Rajpura, Sangrur, Gurdaspur, Batala, Nabha & Amargarh would also be available in the e-auction.

For participating in the e-auction, bidders will have to register themselves on the e-auction portal: puda.e-auctions.in  The terms & conditions of the e-auction would be common for properties of similar nature offered by various special development authorities.
