Colourful function marks Baisakhi at RBU

MOHALI: The Rayat Bahra University, School of Education and Social Sciences, under the esteemed patronage of Honorable Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra and Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Parvinder Singh, joyously celebrated the Baisakhi Festival.
