“Mission Khaki “ draws huge responses from Girls, 164 registered for police recruitment training

KAPURTHALA:“Mission khakhi “ has received huge response from Girls in Kapurthala district as more than 160 girls have registered themselves for police recruitment training.

The noble initiative across the state was launched by the district administration under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Mr Vishesh Sarangal and SSP Mr Rajbachan singh Sandhu on may 24, 2022 to train boys and girls from the district for around 10, 334 posts in Punjab police .

Today in an Interactive session with the girls who are undergoing training in physical and E-learning training by experts at three places namely Police lines Kapurthala, Guru Nanak Khalsa college Sultanpur Lodhi and Lord Mahavir Jain Public School Phagwara, Deputy Commissioner asked the girls to become the torch bearer for society by joining the Punjab Police.

He said that the district administration has launched this unique initiative to create a suitable environment for youth especially the girls to achieve their dreams to join the security forces and its very satisfactory that nearly 164 registered, out of which 65 girls are also going through physical training.

Sharing his own experience to crack the competition exams , Deputy Commissioner said that the district administration has provide a platform to the youth and outcome depends on their own hardwork and dedication.

He said that the district administration has ensured the best facilities and coaching classes for registered youth so that they can avail this opportunity and get successful in their endeavour.

Advocating “ Concentration and Discipline “ a mantra for success , deputy commissioner said that the district administration has provided E- learning material , prepared by experts of coaching institutions free of cost, which will enable them to follow the right path for success .

Besides that a special helpline number 82971-23193 has also been issued on which youth can get information.

Prominent amongst present on the occasion included ADC D Mr SP Angra , Neelam Mahay , Jeevandeep singh , Varun Joshi and Harleen Kaur.
