AMRITSAR: The body of 26-year-old youth Dharambir Singh son of Major Ram belonging to Lahra village of Tehsil Garhshankar of Hoshiarpur district reached Sri Guru Ramdas International Airport in Amritsar today from Dubai.
Giving information in this regard, the famous businessman of Dubai and the head of Sarbat Ka Bhala Charitable Trust Dr. SP Singh Oberoi said that Dharmbir was also working hard in Dubi about 5 years for the better future of his family like other youths. He said that according to the family, he was admitted to the hospital due to sudden health deterioration, where he died on July 17 due to cardiac arrest.
He said that today the dead body was received from Amritsar Airport in the presence of the victim's family by Trust's Punjab President Sukhjinder Singh Herr, Advisor Sukhdeep Sidhu, District President Shishpal Singh Ladi, General Secretary Manpreet Sandhu Chamiyari and Jagdev Singh Sheena and sent to their home by the trust's free ambulance service. He said that the cost of sending the mortal remains of Dharambir has been borne by another company working for him. Dr. Oberoi also said that after his Hoshiarpur district team informed about the family's financial situation soon, monthly pension will be given to Dharmbir's family as needed. It is significant that Dr. Under the leadership of Oberoi, the dead bodies of 419 unfortunate youths have been delivered to their families so far and free ambulance service has also been started to transport the dead bodies from Amritsar airport to the homes for some time now.
