CHANDIGARH: The Punjab government led by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has announced a seven-day state mourning in the honor of former President of India Mr Pranab Mukherjee, who passed away at New Delhi today evening.
Disclosing this here today spokesperson of the Punjab government said that as a mark of respect to the departed leader and the national flag would fly at half mast in all the Government buildings and there would be no official entertainment in the state.
