Phagwara Police issued a Challan to Punjabi Singer Master Saleem

Phagwara:In an daring but appreciating way the Phagwara police have issued a challan(For not wearing Masks) to the few occupants of the Fortuner Car No PB-8EJ-9110 belonging to popular Punjabi singer Master Saleem who was also present in the car.

Saleem, a resident of Jalandhar, was passing through Phagwara with his crew in his Fortuner car when he was signalled to stop by a Sub-Inspector Bharat Bhushan and his team deputed on the flyover.

Though heated arguments were witnessed between Master Saleem and Sub Inspector on duty, but S.I.Policce remained adamant for challaning the violaters.

A video of the arguments between Punjabi Singer and the Cop went viral last evening.

Though Saleem tried his best to convince the cop, but the Cop asked him to pay the challan amount. Later Popular Singer paid Rs One Thousand as Challan amount and proceeded for his destination. Meanwhile a police team headed by SHO City Navdeep Singh Saini today checked several vehicles and distributed free masks to the vehicles owners.
