NAKODAR: Congress leader and ward no.11 councilor Navneet Airi alias Neeta was unanimously elected Nakodar Nagar council president today while his party colleague and ward no, 12 councilor Pawan Gill was elected vice president also by consensus.
Seventeen newly elected councilors were sworn in during the council meeting. Nakodar SDM Gautam Jain conducted the proceedings.
The Congress has won nine seats in the 17 member council
