CHANDIGARH:An emergency meeting of Nambardar Union Union Territory of Chandigarh was held today under the chairmanship of Rajinder Singh Badheri. The meeting demanded the repeal of the agriculture bills framed by the Modi government and decided to support the farmers' struggle. The Nambardar Union has decided to meet the Deputy Commissioner Chandigarh next week and the Deputy Commissioner's Office has been asked to fix a time for the meeting. The organization will issue a memorandum regarding the demands of farmers and Nambardars.
In today's meeting Nambardar Gurbachan Singh Behlana, Nambardar Bhupinder Singh Kajheri, Nambardar Daljit Singh Palsora, Nambardar Nachhatar Singh Raipur Khurd, Nambardar Hardial Singh Manimajra, Nambardar Baljit Singh Malwa, Nambardar Balwinder Singh Malwa, Nambardar Rulda Singh Atawa, Nambardar Baljinder Singh Burail Nambardar Prahlad Singh Burail, Nambardar Suresh Kumar Kaimbwala participated.
