Before the commencement of Mahalla from Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, Jathedar Singh Sahib Jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh of Sri Akal Takht Sahib was honored with the Baba Jassa Singh Ahluwalia Award by Shiromani Panth Akali Budha Dal, the main organization of Nihang Singhs and all Nihang Singh organizations. Baba Balbir Singh Akali 96 Crore Chief Budha Dal, Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami President Shiromani Gurdwara parbandhak Committee, Giani Sultan Singh Jathe.
