Four booked for damaging house, abuse

NAKODAR: The Nakodar city police have booked four persons on the charge of damaging the house and abusing its owner.
The investigating officer (IO) Gurdial Singh said that the accused have been identified as Satta a resident of Kang Sahib Rai village , Sikandar a resident of Bath village, and their two unidentified accomplices.

Sunil Malhotra a resident of Mohalla New Adarsh Nagar Nakodar complained to the police that the acceded barged into his house by breaking gate, ransacked house and used abusive language against him and issued threats.

IO said that a case under sections 452(luring house-trespass) 506(criminal intimidation) 427(mischief) and 34(committing the crime with common intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
