CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann today appointed a senior journalist Baltej Pannu as Director Media Relations.
Baltej Pannu has long experience in journalist at national and international level. He will look after media relations of Mann government with media organisations in India and abroad.
