AMRITSAR: Cabinet Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal said that the Punjab government is making all possible efforts through the Ministry of External Affairs for the release of three Punjabi boys who have been kidnapped by kidnappers in Iran for ransom.
While talking to media persons here today he said that the Indian embassy in Iran has reached out to the youth for their release and it is hoped that they will share this good news with us soon.
He appealed to Punjabi families not to send their beloved children abroad through the wrong route.
He said that as a watchman, I announce every day that this route is very expensive and very dangerous, it is my duty to explain, it is your choice to follow.
He said that if we make so much money and work so hard in our country, then we can sit and eat very easy food at home, which is not possible even in countries like America.
He said that there, it takes a person many years to get back on his feet by working hard, whereas here, a person can earn a very good living by staying at home with his family members and working a little hard.
