TARN TARAN: A neck to neck contest is witnessed in Tarn Taran by-election where counting of votes is going on. AAP candidate Harmeet Singh Sandhu is leading by 187 votes followed by Sukhwinder Kaur of SAD(Badal). Sandhu has got 11727 voters and SAD candidate got 11540 votes at the end of fifth round of counting.
The Congress candidate Karanbir Singh Burj is trailing behind at third place with 6329 votes. Independent candidate Mandeep Singh is at fourth place with 4744 votes and BJP candidate Harjeet Singh Sandhu has got 1197 votes.
