NURMAHAL:An unidentified vehicle driver on Tuesday late evening killed two persons riding a motorcyclist.The investigating officer (IO) Harbhajan Singh said that the deceased have been identified as Ashok Kumar a resident of Kandola Kalan village and Narindar Singh a resident of Shadi Pur village.
Palwindar Kumar brother of Ashok Kumar told the police that both were riding a motorcycle (PB-08-BD-5469) and an unidentified vehicle driver hit two-wheeler near the village and killed both on the spot and fled away
IO said that a case under section 304-A( causing death by negligence ) and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered against unidentified vehicle driver and further investigation is on.
