PHAGWARA: On a complaint lodged by Baljit Kaur resident of Nanak Nagri Phagwara the Phagwara Police have arrested a youth under section 376 IPC & 4 POCSO act on the charges of raping a 13 years old minor cousin of the complainant.
The arrested accused was identified as Kamaldeep @ Deepa resident of same locality. The complainant Baljit Kaur told the police that her Uncle and Aunty are mentally upset. The accused who was residing nearby house brought the victim to his house and raped her.
