CHANDIGARH: Navjot Singh Sidhu president of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) today appointed Pargat Singh MLA from Jalandhar Cantt as General Secretary (Organisation) PPCC with immediate effect.
Sidhu has issued appointment letter under his signatures and added that he has made this appointment with the approval of AICC president Sonia Gandhi and AICC General Secretary incharge of Punjab Harish Rawat.
