Guru Nanak Dev Hospital employees hold rally held in support of their demands

AMRITSAR: A Gate rally of Guru Nanak Dev Hospital employees was held today in support of their demands. The union has staged a protest rally from the Medical Superintendent's Office to the Principal Medical College and raised slogans against the Punjab government in this regard.

The union alleges that the government has withheld the salaries of the four rank employees during the Carona without caring for their own lives, instead of appreciating them, which is highly reprehensible.

The union spokesman said that if the salaries of the workers were not settled then the employees would be forced to go on strike which would be the responsibility of the authorities.

Talking to the Medical Superintendent in this regard, the Medical Superintendent assured to pay the salaries to the employees as soon as possible as the entire month has passed without pay.

The Medical Superintendent also talked to the Minister Om Prakash Soni in this regard. The employees also raised slogans against the Punjab government.
