NAKODAR:The Nakodar city police arrested two persons on the charge of stealing wheat from govt.store .The investigating officer (IO)Ashwani Kumar said that the arrested accused have been identified as Paramjit Singh alias Pamma son of a resident of Shah Pur village under Mehat Pur police station and Amandip Singh alias Aman son of a resident of Bhadma village in Shahkot .
Daljit Singh inspector Pungrain Nakodar complained to the police that the accused stole two bags of wheat from open plinths at Pandori road and were trying to fled away on a motor cycle but security guards over powered them and handed over to the police .
IO said that a case under sections 454(house-trespass) 380(theft in dwelling house) and 411(dishonestly receiving stolen property ) has been registered against the accused.
