SHAHKOT:The Shahkot police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO)
absconding for the last 19 years.
The investigating officer Kashmir
Singh said that the accused has been identified as Sukhdev Singh alias
Deba, a resident of Tehran village. The accused is wanted in a case
of murder and firing and was declared PO in 2002.
