PHAGWARA: On a complaint lodged by Smt Sonia resident of Masat Nagar Phagwara, The Phagwara Police have arrested her husband Kuldip Kumar under section 376 IPC and 34 POCSO act on the charges of raping his own minor daughter regularly.
The Complainant Sonia told before the police that She was working as domestic help in different houses and her husband used to rape her minor daughter, when she went to do her jobs.She told the police that her minor daughter suffered abdominal pain and then told her about the sins of her father.The complainant and victim daughter are residing now at her parental house.
