CHANDIGARH: Prospectus for admission to Class XI was released by the Education Secretary, Mr S.S. Gill in the presence of the Director, Higher Education, Mr RJS Brar, Director Mr S.S. Dahiya, Deputy Director, Mr Sunil Bedi and DEO Ms Prabhjot Kaur here on Saturday.
With release of prospectus for admission process to Class XI will start from August 11. A total of 42 Senior Secondary Schools will be opened for admission. Of these schools, two schools were included those have been recently upgraded to senior secondary level.
Apart from this, seats have been increased the number of seats in Commerce and Humanities stream in two schools also.
It is also stated that approximately 13, 000 seats capacity in commerce, vocational and hjumanities stream.
