PATIALA: On the occasion of the festival of Raksha Bandhan and celebrations of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the School children tied Rakhis & presented the Tri Colour to the brave Indian Army soldiers of Kharga Corps with great fervour, at the Kharga Sainik Institute.
The children were highly motivated and delighted to have honoured the dedicated service of the soldiers to the nation. This gesture by the school children showed their mark of respect and gratitude towards the gallant soldiers of our country. The students especially girls, were extremely motivated on interaction with soldiers and pledged to join Indian Army.
The initiative by these school children was duly reciprocated by our soldiers who pledged to work even harder for the safety of our nation. Whole atmosphere reverberated with beautiful patriotic songs and motivational talks presented by the children on the occasion. The celebration was a true reflection of our motivated youth and highest traditions of our country and Indian Army.
