FEROZEPUR: With a view to flood season 2021, a meeting was held at Dhussainiwala Border under the chairmanship of 136 Battalion BSF Commandant Uday Partap Singh Chouhan and NDRF-7 Battalion Bathinda Sarwanjit Singh.
He said that mock drill was held today and it will also be held tomorrow 23rd July .
He said that the main objective of the mock drill was to ensure that the various departments already have their role and experience in dealing with any possible floods, so all the departments should ensure their presence in the mock drill Be prepared to deal with any possible natural disaster.
He asked the police department, canal department and concerned departmental officers to make advance arrangements for dealing with the possible floods in advance and work in unity and coordination to face such situations.
