CHANDIGARH: The Valedictory Ceremony of the Industrial Automation Specialist Skill Development Program was held on Friday at the ISAC Affiliated Centre at Sikh Missionary College, Phase 11, Mohali, in collaboration with the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) GoI. The event marked the successful completion of the program, which commenced on July 21, 2024.The ceremony began with a warm welcome and introduction to the program by Ms. Pragati Katoch, who extended heartfelt greetings to all dignitaries, guests, and participants.
The occasion was graced by several distinguished guests, including Col. Rajneesh, Mr Paramjit Singh, Director, Sikh Missionary College; Mr. Satvinder Singh, Senior Consultant Sikh Missionary College; Mr. Jatinder Singh, Project Officer, Mr. Sukhpreet Singh, IASC; Mr. Vikram from e-Vahan; and Mr. Deepak Kumar, IASC Trainer.
Following the introduction, Mr. Paramjit Singh delivered the welcome address, emphasizing the significance of skill-based education and the college’s role in creating industry-ready professionals. Col. Rajneesh then inspired the participants with his address, highlighting discipline, dedication, and lifelong learning as key elements of success. Mr Satvinder Singh, Senior Consultant, invited participants to share their experiences and feedback. The trainees expressed deep appreciation for the practical learning opportunities and
guidance provided throughout the program. As a gesture of gratitude, participants presented mementos to the Sikh Missionary College team, Mr. Deepak Kumar and Mr. Jatinder Singh, the program coordinator, for their support and mentorship.
The dignitaries distributed certificates of completion to all successful participants, followed by a vote of thanks and presentation of a token of love to Col. Rajneesh for his gracious presence and encouragement. The program, organized under the aegis of ISAC Affiliated Centre at Sikh Missionary
College, Phase 11, Mohali, in association with DGR, successfully provided participants with technical knowledge and hands-on training in industrial automation, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to advancing skill development and employability.
