NANGAL TOWNSHIP: Harchand Singh Bains Foundation formed in the memory of late Sardar Harchand Singh former Principal of Government Senior Secondary School Nangal today donated four computers to the Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Public School run in Gurdwara Ghat Sahib Nangal for the poor children.
The Foundation Managing Director Satinder Bains said that they have adopted the computer lab of the school and more computers would be added to it. He also announced to set up a library in the name of his father Sardar Harchand Singh Bains and would also start a scholarship in his name.
He said that his father Harchand Singh Bains had dedicated his entire life for education and helped hunderds of students to achieve their goal in life. He said that Bains family has taken up the cause of his father and foundation will work to support the needy school going children.
Satinder Bains thanked his entire family including his younger brother Sachpreet Singh Bains living in Canada for the support.
