Youth Congress joins hands with Administration to make 'Mission Faith' a success

JALANDHAR: The Youth Congress today joined hands with the district administration for making the Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s ‘Mission Fateh’ a huge success at the grass-root level.

The volunteers led by youth Congress leader Arvind Mishra today initiated the campaign by launching the door to door sensitization drive. Flagging off the drive the Nodal officer of the campaign and Estate Officer PUDA Ms. Navneet Kaur Bal said that 'Mission Fateh' was the flagship program of the Chief Minister and was a symbol of the firm determination of Punjabis to win the war against the Covid-19 pandemic. Lauding the youth congress for launching this drive, she said that it would help in transforming this drive into a mass movement.Bal called upon the volunteers to disseminate the message that 'Mission Fateh' was a true reflection of the Punjabi spirit to overcome from all odds for emerging victorious during this war against the global pandemic.

Meanwhile, Mishra accompanied by Councilors Rohan Sehgal and Raj Kumar Raju,    Rajiv Tikka,   Anup Pathak,    Sukhdev Singh and others conducted the mass awareness drive and sensitized the people about medical protocols to contain the spread of COVID- 19 pandemics. During the drive, masks and pamphlets were distributed amongst the people and they were urged to adhere to the medical protocols including masking, washing hands and maintaining social distancing in their daily routine to combat the Covid-19 pandemic effectively. Soliciting fulsome support and cooperation from people, they said that the state government was making concerted efforts to save the people from the scourge of Corona Virus but the war against COVID- 19 could not be won without the proactive support of the people.
