PATIAAL: Members of the Tripuri Main Bazar Welfare Association at a meeting here today constituted a 51-member working committee. The decision was taken at the meeting held under the chairmanship of present President of the association Bhagwan Dass Chawla.
The unanimously elected working committee has 26 members as office-bearers and 25 members of the Working Committee.
In the new team, Bhagwan Dass Chawla would be the President and Chintu Nasra would be Vice President and their term in office would be four months. After four months, from November 2 Chintu Nasra would take over as President and would have a term of two years.
In the new team the following office bearers were elected: Yash Pal Kalra Senior Vice-President, Jawahar Lal Verma General Secretary, Praveen Kalra Cashier, Sudhir Pahuja Press Secretary, Bhushan Kumar, Lachhman Kumar Pahuja, Suresh Dhawan, Lalit Dhawan, Ashok Chawla, Sunny Guraba, Ashok Taneja would be Vice Presidents.
Ashok Nasra, Jatin Arora, Jagdish Kumar Jaggi and Lalit Kumar would be joint secretaries. Bansi Lal Taneja, Ashok Insaan, Suraj Bhan Popli, Suresh Rana, Darshan Lal, Surinder Kumar Chabhra, Gopi Chand, Ramesh Chabhra and Jatinder Kumar Babloo would be advisors.
The executive members include Krishan Kumar CA, Mahinder Kumar MK, Raj Kumar, Happy Ahuja, Mohan Lal, Ravi Madaan, Sanjay Sindhi, Kamy Dhawan, Suresh Raj Deva, Vinod Pahuja, Happy Munjal, Puran Sindhi, Pawan Kinger, Vicky Timbar, Praveen Kumar, Sanjeev Sharma, Ashok Kumar, Danny Ahuja, Mani, Naresh Gera, Deepak Kapoor, Raj Kumar, Ahuja Medicos and Shiv Kumar Bansal.
At the meeting it was resolved that the new team would work for overall development of the market and welfare of the shopkeepers.
