AMRITSAR: Madam Upasana, the wife of South Indian actor Ram Charan, paid obeisance at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib here today.
Madam Upasana and others were received by the Secretary of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. Mahinder Singh Ahli and Manager Satnam Singh Mangasarai honored Guru Bakhshish Siropao with a picture of Sri Darbar Sahib.
On this occasion Madam Upasana said that by paying obeisance at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib, the mind got a lot of peace.
She also appealed to the Sangat of the South to pay obeisance at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib. She said that listening to Gurbani kirtan at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib and doing seva in langar gives mental satisfaction.
Meanwhile, the secretary of the Shiromani Committee Mahinder Singh Ahli said that Madam Upasana was happy with the langar service and devotion of the sangat and gave Rs. 5 lakh for langar Guru Ram Das Ji.
She said that Apollo Pharmacy has also organized a two day medical camp at Sri Guru Ram Das Ji Sarai during which the patients were given checkup caps and free medicines.
