Dera Radha Soami Satsang Beas sect comes out with pack lunch distribution

AMRITSAR: Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB) here today come out to extend help to needy persons in the hour of need while distributing packed lunch to the people at various places to needy who are unable to move out during complete lockdown  situation like curfew.

According to RSSB official, fifteen villages around the Dera Beas where 1500 packed lunch were distributed. All the villages falling in the district Amritsar.

RSSB also  known as Dera Baba Jaimal Singh at Beas  town nearly 45 kilometers away from the Amritsar city being headed by the sect chief Gurinder Singh Dhillon having large number of followers across the world.

 On the demand of Deputy Commissioner Tarn Taran, RSSB has sent 10, 000 packets of food there.  As many as 31, 500 packed packet of food were sent at Majitha constituency, he said.

Official further informed that besides Amritsar and Tarn Taran districts, RSSB has also arranged packed food for Jallandhar, Pathankot, Balachaur, Khanna, Ludhiana, Mohali, Patiala, Moga, Ferozpur and Malout through its local centers.

Adding further, official said that similar services were also being extended in Kohla Nadam in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, Kathua and Bhota in J&K, Rudarpur in Uttarakhand, Sikanderpur, Panchkula and Jagadhri in Haryana, Surathgarh in Rajasthan, Saharnpur in Uttar Pradesh and national capital Delhi.

He informed that Satsang center Najwal near Jammu was also handed over to local administration where medical facilities were also being extended  to 350 patients who under treatment as on date.

RSSB also owned 3 hospitals at Beas, Bhota (HP) and Sikanderpur (Haryana) were providing all medical facilities free of cost to the patients of adjoining areas.
